As a resident of Oregon State and a property owner and landlord in Washington State, I depend on honest local companies to help me care for my tenants needs. Kyle, with Cascade Roofing Company more than came through for me when my tenants reported a leaky roof. I was unsuccessful in finding another company to help me right away but Kyle was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to my call. As if that wasn’t already great customer service, he sent me clear photos explaining the source of my leak, mentioned he had the parts available with him and could fix the leak within ten minutes and FREE of charge! This was a blessing to me as well as my tenants and we felt that the biggest thanks we could offer is a genuine review and recommendation. Thank you Kyle and CCo. We will definitely be returning customers!
Exceptional and Trustworthy Service
In a tight turnaround with less than ideal circumstances we had to list our house and were overwhelmed at all the repairs. We obtained 3 estimates that literally ranged $55,000 and dint know what to do… Kyle patiently and kindly walked us through everything and ended up leading us to the least expensive offer not taking advantage of our ignorance and making the timeline work. He was flexible and communicative and responsive. We are already planning to work with Cascade on next house when we are able to! Highly recommend! Seriously best!
Wow! Our new metal
It looks fantastic! We are so happy that we went with Cascade Roofing for our new roof. The crew who did our roof are so hardworking, experienced, detailed-oriented, polite and constantly kept us informed of progress. They always cleaned up before leaving and were such a pleasure to work with. And Kyle was always checking in and giving status updates as well. It was Kyle’s personality, honesty (he told us we didn’t need a new roof yet. But we knew it would be more expensive later, plus we get to enjoy it now!), and his knowledge and experience that really sold us on using Cascade Roofing; and the workmanship of the crew told us we made the right decision. Cascade Roofing
I hired Cascade Roofing to replace my old roof and it was a great experience. When I let Kyle know I'd discovered an active leak he expedited the procces and got his crew out as soon as possible. The staff was great to work with and the crew was easy to talk with, they worked hard, and had fun in the process. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing a roof repair or replacement!!
